ArtPlus Digital Photo Recovery is what the title indicates. It’s a photo recovery tool. It recovers images from your memory card if they have been deleted. It may also be able to recover images from a bad card. This is a tool everyone needs.

That’s right. This ArtPlus software is there to CYA! So when you delete those images that never made it to your computer, you can recover them from your memory card. I was able to recover files from my card while it was in the camera. I didn’t even have to remove it. Also, if you have a bad card this software may be able to recover images from it. Try it, as it may surprise you.

There’s not much to this software because it provides one function – image file recovery. If your camera appears as a drive letter when you plug it into your computer you can recover files through your USB cable. Otherwise, pull out the card and plug it into your computer and recover files from there.
The software recovers image files only. It saves them in a folder you select. There are no options for selecting files so whatever images area on the card will be recreated.

What I Liked: It’s simple to use. The product does what it says it can do – recover image files. We all make mistakes and this little gem can CYA!

What I Didn’t Like: The download is an executable program so you have to create a shortcut on your desktop or in the Windows menu. There are no options for file selection. Also, it appears that it’s only available in English.
