PoserXXL.com is great little site if you’re looking for a poster print. There’s no requirement to sign up or become a member. This is a print only site. It’s very easy to use.

Step 1 is to select your print size. How about a 48 X 72” poster? Want square? How about 55 X 55? Man they can print some big posters! Don’t forget you’ll have to make sure you have enough pixels to make big prints without lowering the print quality. I printed a free 12 X 16 poster at 72 dpi and it turned out great. However, posterXXL.com recommends 100 dpi.

Step 2 is to upload your photo. I uploaded a 2 MP photo in just a couple of minutes. PosterXXL.com allows up to a 20MB file. The only file format allowed is jpg. Step 3 is to trim your photo if needed. The last step is to fill in your name, address and credit card information. That’s it!

PosterXXL.com also provides the capability to apply some special effects like black & white, explode or increase saturation. I didn’t try any of these effects because I applied my own prior to uploading.

You can also print your photo on canvas. The size selection for canvas is nearly as great as the paper poster prints.

The cost for the shipping on my free poster was $7.99. The poster came in a sturdy shipping tube. Shipping was provided by DHL so the actual cost to ship it is unknown. If you need it overnight they have that capability.
